All artwork, images, text, and content on this site are the property of Kevs Art unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission. This includes printing, sharing, or using images for commercial purposes. Just because it’s on the internet doesn’t mean it’s free. Respect the craft.

2. Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely. For commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. Final payment is due before delivery. Original artwork and prints are sold as described—no returns on custom or original pieces unless damaged in transit.

3. Commissions

Commissioned work is a collaboration. I reserve the right to refuse any request that conflicts with my artistic values, involves copyrighted characters without permission, or just gives me a bad vibe. Revisions are included within reason; complete overhauls may incur additional fees.

4. Website Use

Don’t use this site for anything illegal, harmful, or spammy. Don’t try to hack it. Don’t scrape my images. Basically, don’t be a villain.

5. Limitation of Liability

I do my best to ensure accuracy, but I’m not liable for any errors, delays, or issues arising from your use of this site. Art is subjective. What moves you might terrify someone else. That’s on you.

6. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest version. Check back if you’re the cautious type.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
